Learning & Development

The Human Resources department, in close cooperation with HoD’s, managers, offers development opportunities and supports the learning process for employees, who are considered jointly responsible for their own learning and continuing professional development. SKL has introduced the “Learn n Rise”, which is our skill development program. We believe it is essential for employees to have the opportunity to keep up on their skills, competencies and knowledge in order to improve their own and company’s performance. With training, education and other development methods, SKL supports employees’ development plans. We aim to conduct a session every month. This is one of the mediums to provide a structured learning environment to build skills using a blended approach of classroom training, action projects etc. The aim of this program is also to give opportunity and platform to people to share the knowledge, wisdom with other colleagues.
