REPACKAGING SERVICES

The Repackaging facility caters to a very crucial aspect of the industry. It has been artistically designed to facilitate relabelling, stickering, overprinting & Barcoding on all kinds of primary & secondary packaging.

This facility has 22 Assembly Lines which are equipped with Separate Man Material Entries, Packing Tables with Conveyor Belt, Online Inkjet Over Printing Machines. Repackaging facility handles Volume of 300,000 units per shift.

KEY FEATURES

  • This repackaging facility has been the first facility to receive FDA Manufacturing license. Spread of 50,000 sq. ft. and equipped with GMP design layout, we cater to repackaging operations, including Institute supply, NLEM, Barcoding & Track & Trace.
  • In a sense we resolve several issues concerning the pharma industry including Last Mile Track N Trace, Barcoding, Institutional Business and NLEM.
  • The entire premises are designed for 100% functionality. Health and Safety regulations are strictly followed by every employee working in the Repackaging facility.
  • There is separate allocation for ambient area, Aircon area and area for Cold Storage Products. We have 22 Assembly lines well equipped with the latest leading-edge technology with separate RM and PM Entries.
  • Activities such as Overprinting Stamping, Stickering, Barcoding, Logo Printing along with secondary packaging is done under SK’s Repackaging unit. The site is GMP compliant and has DCGI approval and can handle Cold Chain, Vaccines and rDNA products.
